List Your Ingredients
100 gms fresh chicken liver
100 gms fresh gizzard
100 gms fresh chicken heart
3 cups of water
1 cup cooked white rice
pressure cooker
Directions
Wash the freshly collected chicken liver, gizzard, and heart thoroughly under a running water source
Put them in a pressure cooker
Add 3 cups of water and 4 curry leaves to it and close the lid of the cooker
Pressure cook the content on a medium flame
Remove the pressure cooker after 3 whistles, and our stew is ready to serve
Mix the stew with the cooked organs with 1 cup of cooked white rice
Let it cool and serve

You may also separate the broth from the solid meat and preserve it separately
